Privacy policy

This policy covers northkeelsystems.com and the tools Northkeel Systems ("we") uses to deliver its services. We collect only what we need to respond to you and do the work, and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

• Email you send us. Messages to info@northkeelsystems.com and their contents, so we can reply.
• Call bookings. When you book a call: name, email, company, topic, notes, time zone, and a one-way hash of your IP address used to limit abuse. Bookings are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile.
• Site usage. Our own analytics script records clicks, pointer movement, scroll depth, and time spent on page sections, tied to a random per-tab session id. It records no keystrokes, form values, or cookies, and does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track. This data is kept for up to 120 days. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.

How we use it

To answer inquiries, schedule and hold calls, send calendar invites and cancellation links, and improve the website. We do not use it for advertising profiles and do not share it with third parties except the service providers that run our infrastructure (Cloudflare for hosting, email routing, and storage; Google for email and calendar).

Google user data

Our internal tools can connect to Google APIs, including the Google Ads API, using OAuth with accounts we own or manage on behalf of clients who have granted access. We use this access only to retrieve keyword research data (search volume, competition, and bid estimates) and advertising performance reports for those accounts.

• Google user data is used only to provide keyword research and reporting to the account owner.
• We do not sell Google user data, transfer it to third parties, or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or training AI or machine learning models.
• No person reads the data except to provide the service, for security purposes, or as required by law.
• OAuth tokens are stored locally on our own systems and are never shared. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Booking records are kept as long as needed to run the scheduler and our business records. Analytics data expires after 120 days. To see or delete information we hold about you, email info@northkeelsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will update the date at the top of this page when the policy changes.
